If you decide to enroll your child to Mia’s Little World Family Daycare, you would need to:

• Fill out and sign an enrollment contract 

• submit a registration fee of $20.00 and 1 week of tuition 

• Your child's immunization records.

• Emergency form and Healthy form ( those forms are required for The Office of Child care of Md)  

• ​

After this process your child will be formally enrolled to our Family home daycare
